There are a few easy ways to track your order!

• Shipping Confirmation Email: As soon as your order is scanned by the delivery carrier, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after it has been scanned.

• Order History Page: Your order shipment status can be tracked within your Byheart profile page by visiting your Account page and clicking “Order History.”

• Track My Order on byheart.com: Visit here to search with your email address and Zip code or with your tracking number.
